Shipping Policy
Delivery Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require extra time.
Order Tracking
- A tracking link will be sent via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
- You can also check the status in your account dashboard.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We ensure every product is checked before dispatch. However, in the rare case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer support as per the policy below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong items.
- An unboxing/opening video is mandatory as proof. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the issue present at the time of delivery.
- Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order garments.
- Items bought on sale or promotional offers, unless damaged..
Exchange & Refund Policy
- Once your return request is approved we will deliver an exchange/replacement product within 5-10 days
- On approvals ,refund will be credited into your original payment methods within 5-7 days
- We offer a one-time exchange for size issues, subject to availability.
- Exchange requests must also include the opening video and be raised within 48 hours.
Return Process
- Email or WhatsApp us with your order number, issue description, and the unboxing video.
- Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or guide you through the return steps.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.
